MB832-Tip Manual Barrier Tip Support

The MB Drop-down tip support is a light duty cradle that is attached to the barrier arm. It drops down to the vertical position when the arm is in the horizontal position. This type of cradle is used when the MB Bolt-Down cradle is not needed. It will support long barrier arms but it doesn’t have the stability of the MB Bolt-Down Cradle. The application is for manual barrier arms over 18 ft to provide support when someone sits or places excess weight on the arm.
The aluminum tip support has a rectangle shape to resist side movement of the arm. Installation is easy with a single stainless steel bolt. The tip support is shipped with extra long vertical length members to allow adjustment to any site elevation with any extra length easily removed.
